The mission of the North Carolina Firefighter Cancer Alliance to support first responders and their families in their time of need. We focus on reducing cancer exposures through prevention, education, peer-support.
We also realize that in order for a first-responder to be ready to prevent and eventually overcome a cancer diagnosis if it comes up, their mind, spirit, and body have to be strong as well. For that reason we look at how to build a stronger more resilient firefighter from the inside Out.
