About the Host

Travis McGaha

Host of All Clear Firefighter Wellness / Executive Board Member North Carolina Firefighter Cancer & Wellness Alliance

Travis McGaha is a firefighter, fire marshal, educator, and relentless advocate for the people behind the badge. With more than 16 years in the fire service, Travis brings real-world experience, straight talk, and a healthy dose of humor to the conversation around firefighter wellness.

As the host of All Clear Firefighter Wellness Podcast, Travis goes beyond the usual “eat better and exercise” advice. He digs into the five pillars of firefighter wellness—physical fitness, diet, mental fitness, prevention, and balanced life—and explores what it really takes to build a healthier, stronger, more resilient firefighter.

Through conversations with leading experts, firefighters, and thought leaders, Travis asks the questions that matter—and sometimes the questions nobody else wants to ask.
His mission is simple: help firefighters stop surviving the job and start building a life worth coming home to.

All Clear. Light Your Fire Within.
